The dining area was spotless, the breakfast was very good--a nice choice of food, the room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that caught my eye was the area behind the reception desk was not as clean as it could have been--just wear marks, smudge marks on the wall- just an impression that the hotel might not be tip top clean which lead me to want to see a room before I signed in and when I was I saw how clean everything was--they just need to repaint the wall behind the reception desk and keep that area as clean as the rest of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful when the ac didn't work in our room--they quickly moved us to another one. We would stay there again

Good value and comfortable if you need a hotel near the Leon (BJX) Airport. This is a good, but no-frills hotel. I liked its convenience and quality for the price.

System was down for 3 days and I had to leave my credit card (MasterCard) number until the payment was processed 3 days after I left. However, once processed, everything was in good order.

Turns out the van driver didn't show-up to work the day of my previously confirmed airport transfer. The hotel offered no apology and I had to take a taxi at $150 MX.

The breakfast was tasty and totally worth it. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, plus the staff made sure we always had clean towels and sheets. the location was excellent, it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. the free parking saved us a considerable amount of money.
